Yes — we are a registered Park-Approved vendor for Miami-Dade and Broward county parks, and MDCPS-registered for Miami-Dade Public Schools. We carry the required insurance and permits to operate at any park in our service area.

Our standard rental covers the full duration of your event during the same day. We deliver before your event starts and pick up after it ends. If you need extended hours or a multi-day rental, just let us know.

Yes, professional setup and pick-up are included with every rental. Our team handles delivery, full installation, anchoring/safety checks, and removal — you don't have to do anything.

For safety, equipment cannot be operated in sustained winds or gusts over 20 MPH, lightning, heavy rain, severe weather warnings, or threats of tropical storm or hurricane conditions. With at least 48 hours' notice for inclement weather, your payment can be transferred to a rescheduled date or held as credit for one year. Borderline conditions are handled case-by-case — you can choose to accept delivery, reschedule, or cancel under our standard terms.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable. With 7+ days' written notice via email, we may issue a credit for future use (subject to availability). Non-weather cancellations under 7 days are subject to a 30% fee, under 72 hours a 50% fee, and after setup begins a 100% fee. Weather-related cancellations under 48 hours are subject to a 30% fee. We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak season. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — call us to check availability.
