Magic Mirror Digital includes the interactive 46" mirror, professional DSLR camera, animations, fun props, an attendant for 3 hours, and instant photo sharing via SMS, Email or QR code — but no physical prints. Magic Mirror Studio adds unlimited 4x6 prints or 2x6 strips on the spot (your choice), plus a private link to download all your photos after the event. Studio is the right pick if you want guests to walk away with a printed keepsake.

Both packages include 3 hours of full service with a professional attendant who handles setup, runs the booth during your event, and breaks it down. Setup and breakdown time is on us — it does not count toward your 3-hour service window. Need more hours? Just ask for a quote.

With Magic Mirror Digital, guests get instant digital sharing via SMS, Email and QR code right at the booth. With Magic Mirror Studio, in addition to instant sharing, guests get unlimited printed 4x6 prints or 2x6 strips on the spot (your choice), and you receive a private link to download all your photos within 72 hours after the event.

We recommend a 10x10 ft (3x3 m) area for the mirror, props table and attendant. The booth needs access to a standard 110V power outlet within 25 ft. Indoor or covered outdoor settings are required — direct sunlight, rain or strong winds are not safe for the equipment.

Yes — both packages include a curated selection of fun, modern props that fit the vibe of your event (weddings, birthdays, Sweet 16s, quinceañeras, corporate, school events). We can also create a custom welcome screen and personalized photo overlay with your event name, date or branding upon request.

Yes, in covered or shaded outdoor areas only. Tents, patios, terraces and covered park pavilions all work great. The mirror cannot be exposed to direct sunlight, rain or strong winds for safety reasons. We will work with you on the best spot at your venue.

Yes — we are a Park-Approved vendor for Miami-Dade and Broward County parks, plus MDCPS-registered for Miami-Dade Public Schools. We carry the required insurance and permits to operate at any park in our service area. Standard delivery covers Miami, Broward and Homestead.

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, holidays and peak season (graduations, Mother's Day, December). Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — call us to check availability.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable. With 7+ days' written notice via email, we may issue a credit for future use (subject to availability). Non-weather cancellations under 7 days are subject to a 30% fee, under 72 hours a 50% fee, and after setup begins a 100% fee. Weather-related cancellations under 48 hours are subject to a 30% fee.
