We required a standard 110V household outlet. Placement of the unit should be no more than 50ft from the outlet. If you do not have an outlet or if in a park, we must provide a generator.

The amount of electricity a bounce house uses depends on the size blower you’re using. A small 1 HP blower will cost about $0.13 an hour. A medium 1.5 HP blower will cost about $0.15 an hour and a large 2 HP blower will cost about $0.22 per hour. The average cost to run a bounce house for the day is about $1.28.

Most bounce houses and combo units can accommodate up to 7-10 at a time (keeping in mind they are all the same age and physical ability). The combo unit can accommodate more kids.

To properly clean a bounce house, first, we need to dry sweep or vacuum all debris out of the jump area while the bounce house is inflated. Next, we disinfect the bounce house with a cleaning solution and dry it completely to prevent any mildew or mold from growing.

A grassy area is the best to set up a bounce house. Any type of area can be set up as a bounce house but it must be clean of debris and animal waste, and the area has to be flat and steady. It cannot be set up on top of electrical lines, stones, or pipes.

A bounce house can be set up in many different places on your property. The surface must be mostly flat and relatively firm. Grass, concrete, and asphalt are all acceptable.

You will need a minimum of 5 feet at the front and back of the inflatable, and 3 feet on either side.

If the winds are under 22mph and well staked to the grass, yes, they are safe. If the winds are up to 22mph is not recommended to use any bounce house, and it has to be shuttled down.

We keep in touch with you all time. At the time of booking, we will ask you for the hour of your event and we give you an estimated delivery time and date. On the day of the event, a text message will be sent to you saying that we are on the way. You also can communicate with us at any time.

Your party is confirmed once we get the deposit, and we will let you know by email or text message.

Yes. Our bounce houses are constructed to be as safe as possible. Each bounce house comes with a safety front step, emergency exits, and 12-inch stake tie-downs. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise. Most of our bounce houses are covered for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and they have netting on all four sides to allow for greater visibility and air circulation.

Rental and security deposits may be paid in cash, Zelle, Debit/Credit Card, or cryptocurrency.

The lessee is responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery to the time of return. Our insurance policy does not cover equipment that is out on rental. Please make sure that equipment is secure and protected. We charge for any missing or damaged equipment out on contract.

All rates are for a 24-hour period, however, equipment may be delivered a day before the rental day and picked up a day after. Special rates are available for long-term rentals.

It is recommended to reserve your party products as soon as possible. Equipment availability varies by season and day of the week.
